The Sleeping Room becomes first UK movie to crowdfund
Production company Movie Mogul (PANIC BUTTON, SHORTCUTS TO HELL) have taken to equity crowdfunding website Seedrs.com in a bid to raise £25,000 towards the post-production of their next film; supernatural horror thriller THE SLEEPING ROOM, which will go into production by the end of the year.

Unlike Kickstarter’s model of pledging in return for perks, Seedrs backers receive a share of equity in the production, starting from just £10.
THE SLEEPING ROOM, a supernatural tale of Victorian revenge, is the first UK film to pilot this innovative method of fundraising.
