New Crowdfunding Platform Takes Flight
The London Entrepreneurial Exchange (E2Exchange), headed by Sir Richard Branson, is behind the launch. The platform is called Ice Dragons – and will connect high-quality, ambitious start-ups with high net-worth investors. It is being delivered in partnership with the Welsh Innovation Centre for Enterprise (ICE). E2Exchange and ICE hope to leverage their sizeable combined network of entrepreneurs/investors to jump-start Ice Dragons into life.
