 Consultant for Bovill’s Venture Finance team Bovill’s Venture Finance team is growing and is looking to hire a client facing consultant. The team exists to give regulatory and compliance advice to clients engaged in crowdfunding, EIS, venture capital and early stage corporate finance. We already work with some of the most innovative firms in the venture finance sector and are looking to continue leading the way. We work with new start-ups to get them FCA authorised and provide ongoing compliance support both to newly established and more mature businesses.   The role involves playing an active part in all the team’s activities – delivering work to clients, participating in marketing and business development, conducting technical research and producing technical materials, and contributing more generally to the growth and development of Bovill.   The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ relevant work experience in a venture finance firm, or perhaps in a legal or other professional service firm. Practical experience is critical (gained by working within a firm or in a closely connected capacity). Compliance experience or a compliance qualification would be a benefit. We also require excellent academic credentials.
