Crowdfunding authority, David Drake,  will be in Cambridge for one day only to discuss the future of crowdfunding and how investors can tap into the potential of start-ups through crowdfunding.

David is the founder and chairman of LDJ Capital (a private equity firm in New York) and The Soho Loft, a global financial media company.  He is a regular contributor to Forbes and regular speaker on crowdfunding and equity investments.

After sharing his thoughts on the future of crowdfunding David will take part in a panel to discuss crowdfunding as an alternative investment with Rupert Pearce Gould, an Entrepreneur in Residence at the Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning at the Judge Business School and advisor to crowdlending platform Funding Knight and Gonçalo de Vasconcelos, Founder and CEO of SyndicateRoom, an equity crowdfunding platform founded in Cambridge.
