Simple Crowdfunding, is a property finance platform that enables people to invest directly into UK property whilst helping developers deliver more homes.   We offer both Peer to Peer Lending and Securities (Equities and Bonds) opportunities, accept ISA (Innovative Finance ISA – IFISA) and pension (Small Self-Administered Scheme – SSAS) investments and accept international investors.   Some of our projects also offer a ‘Learn Whilst Investing’ element, where investors can learn about property, from planning uplift to new build developments.

We first received authorisation in 2013 and have been growing ever since.
