The UK Crowdfunding Association is delighted to partner with the Institute of Chartered Accountants on the latest edition of the Business Finance Guide.

The guide is available online here, and features helpful videos exploring the financing options available to growing British businesses – including a contribution from UKCFA Director and outgoing Chair, Julia Groves. You can also download a print copy of the guide through the website.

Newly updated, the second edition has been produced in collaboration with a range of major business organisations from across the UK and now provides expanded coverage of alternative finance.

Commenting on the release, Julia Groves said:

“Navigating the world of alternative lending is now crucially important for small and early-stage business across the UK; several years after the financial crisis, traditional institutions are still struggling to meet the financing needs of some the country’s most innovative start-ups. Crowdfunding and peer-to-peer lending platforms meanwhile offer a fast, regulated alternative that has facilitated more than £5bn worth of UK investment to date.
The UK Crowdfunding Association is delighted to partner with the Institute of Chartered Accountants on the latest addition of the Guide, which can help businesses of all sizes decode the UK funding landscape and take their first step towards raising the funds they need.”
